This Privacy Policy explains how Vidella AI ("App", "we", "our", or "us") handles personal information when you use the App and related services.

This Policy applies to the Vidella AI mobile application, related landing pages, support channels, and backend systems used to provide the service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details such as email address, login information, and support messages
• User inputs and media including prompts, uploaded photos, uploaded videos, reference files, and generated results
• Device and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, language, crash logs, and diagnostics
• Usage information such as feature activity, session behavior, subscription events, and product performance data
• Transaction and subscription information received from app marketplaces or payment providers
• Attribution or analytics data where permitted by law and platform consent settings

3. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App
• Process AI generation, editing, enhancement, and export requests

4. Uploaded Media and Face Information

If you upload content containing a face or other personal likeness, that material is used only to provide the feature you requested, such as generation, editing, enhancement, or transformation.

• We do not sell face data
• We do not use user-uploaded face data to train general-purpose models unless separately disclosed and lawfully authorized
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process submitted content

5. Service Providers

We may use third-party vendors that support cloud infrastructure, hosting, content delivery, storage, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, authentication, and subscription workflows. Our operational stack may include services such as Firebase, Singular, and CDN or hosting providers acting on our behalf.

6. Consent and Tracking

Where required, the App may request permission through platform mechanisms such as App Tracking Transparency or equivalent consent flows before using tracking-related identifiers or attribution data.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Unless a longer period is required by law, uploaded content and related processing records are generally retained for no more than 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Vidella AI is not directed to children and is not recommended for minors. Users should meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction to use the App.

9. International Processing

Your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to support lawful cross-border processing.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Rights

Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
